KIDT VTC MOSHI the Local -leading VTC and Technology Transfer center Team ensure that our Training center practice, curricula and programmes impacting skills and knowledge  to youths and community . Comprised of senior education experts, the team drives a research-led approach to VTC educational excellence. In addition to providing specialist support to our Team and  lead best practice and continuous improvement programmes ,innovate in teaching and learning, ensuring our schools offer the finest VTC AND SKILLS educational experience.

An organization like ours needs people to shift tasks, resources and information from one point to another. The administrative people keep TAREO running and constantly developing.

Ms GEMA-DAMASI-MKENDA Principal  cum Center Manager. Biography ANNETH GABRIEL Close Annette Gabriel  is a  Legal officer (Lawyer)  by professional hold a degree in Law  from St Augustine University and Completed one year postgraduate studies  at School of law Dar es Salaam . She is experienced in legal advice, supporting and teaching .She also manage human right departments within the organization Current she is TAREO  legal officer mainly as; An advocate for clients, providing them with comprehensive legal counsel and defending their rights in a case-by-case basis. Confrere  with clients and witnesses to determine the facts and supporting legal issues of claims. Creating and implemented marketing strategies to bring in a greater client base. Boniface is a teacher by profession with vast experience in IT management, community development and humanitarian services as well as management in general. In addition, he has experience in managing group training and capacity building programmes related to the provision of social services, enhancing local and peace building. He gained the experiences through studies and managing organizations related to the aforementioned areas as well as being member of TAREO His duties include working on educational curriculum, budgeting and public expenditure tracking; advocacy on government transparency and accountability; and researching on policy and policy analysis. Boniface holds a Diploma in Information Technology.
Ms GLADNESS N KIKALAO Head Secretarial Dept Biography Gladness Kikalao Close Gladness  is the Secretary Teaher by professional . Her main duties include assisting Teaching and guiding secretarial course students ,assisting the office of principal and administrative officer  to undertake their executive tasks effectively. Before joining MIT and TAREO she was working as part time while doing her further studies at Morogoro Teacher Vocational college |She is a trained and experienced secretary in administration and office management. Also she primarily ensures efficient procurement and proper management of asset. She has a Diploma in Secretarial Studies.	Ms  ELLY-G-KILEO Administrative Officer Cum SRO Biography Elly Kileo Close Elly holds a certificate in Accountancy and secretarial from the Moshi community vocational training center. Prior to joining TREO /MIT MIT ,she   worked  with  , Harambee café,  Peoples Insurance Agency  (Rombo) as a Insurer  also as front desk  customer support.. With more than 10 experiences and skills working in office,supporting customers and business with various business enterprises , cyber net cafes and customer attendance. Elly   main responsibilities include upholding all finance units' tasks in accordance with the organizational administration policies and international accounting standards. Mr JOSEPH- DISMASS- MROSO Head Short courses cum Tuition Coordinator Biography Joseph Dismass Close Mr Joseph is Teacher by professional leading science and social arts students doing tuition,re sitters and QT . He leads the practical and theory class guiding the students to their respective courses and subjects also organize  fields attachments for students.Mr Joseph  also is the in charge of students disciplinary team a tMIT  and also save as public relationship officer.	Ms  ELIZABETH  JOHN Head ECD cum Public relation officer Biography ELIZABETH JOHN Close She has a bachelor degree of education in arts with the combination of English and history subjects from MWENGE CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY (MWECAU). She  joined MIT&KIDT COLLEGE since  January 2019 .Before join MIT/KIDT she was volunteering  at  Arusha vocation training center mainly teaching teacher of English and communication skills as well as life skills subject Currently she is working at KIDT as an English teacher and life skillsas well as English course for the beginners. She is also teaching at Moshi institute of technology (MIT) as the English course teacher and Early child development education (ECDE). She can work with team work and minimum supervision. Also,she is able to work within deadline. Elizabeth John is among of the experienced Communication and English language instructor, also Teaching - ECD (Early Childhood Education) l. Mr GAMALIELI-JULIUS-MASSABA ICT- Instructor Cum Social Media communicator gamaliel Gamalie Close Gamaliel formal was the ICT students perusing certificate in IT. Current is assisting as ICT instructor while doing further studies at MIT	Mr  BARAKA-HASSAN-M Marketing and Communication Officer Biography Baraka Hassan Close Baraka Hassan Mwasamboma, working at Moshi Institute of Technology (MIT) as a marketing officer. He has a profession in business administration with education. With experiences of more than 3 years dealing with various business aspects including economics, commerce, sales and marketing, investments with its fundamental strategies as well as entrepreneurial knowledge. Before joining MIT, Baraka was teaching and training secondary school students and those preparing for National examination, the subjects taught include business, economics and commerce, he has worked at Majengo secondary school and Kirachi secondary school. Working with MIT and TAREO the main role include conducting market research, customer care and customer satisfaction. Baraka has been worked with his own Fresh fish shop as a sole proprietor with the experience of managing costs and turnover
Mr MAXMIN-ERNEST-NDANU Coordinator Sec school educational  Biography Maxmilian Close Hamza is .........................	Mr HAMZA-ELIAS-SHEKIBAHA ICT instructor cum Online markerting coordinator Dpt Biography Hamza Elias Close Hamza  Elias  at the beginning he worked as Internship trainee for three months at MIT under TAREO.He recently finished certificate in IT at KIT. Apart from studying Computer he also studied some other subjects like Spanish. Current he works under  probation in ICT department assist teaching basic computer application programs, , programming and website designing. Teacher cum Head ICT Dpt Biography Teranus Close TERANUS  works with KIDT VTC  as ICT Instructor and the one managing the computer lab and its unit. The unit is responsible for coordinating and conducting long and short courses. Prior to that, Teranus was studying at Moshi cooperative university.

  Hendrick worked with TAREO as the expert and business model developer from MTV, under "Reach for Change" and TIGO. He did a great job in documenting and setting the TAREO strategies and strategic plan. Apart from working in the main office in town he was also interested to work with rural communities. Current he still assists TAREO in creating networks and looks for donors who can support and partner with us for variuos empowerment projects in Tanzania.

  Machiwa has been volunteering with us since January 2015. As a volunteer he has been helping us in office activities such as the writing documents necessary for the organization and he also helps other volunteers from abroad when they visit the rural projects that we are dealing with. He is also writing project proposals and teaches entrepreneurship to our students at Moshi Institute of Technology. Machiwa has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Moshi University College of Cooperative and Business Studies.

  Max has been a volunteer at TAREO since March 2015 to July 2015. He supported us in many areas including but not limited to: Improving network infrastructures, teaching web designing, setting up a new server landscape and above all provision of advice on various affairs which aimed at improving students' learning processes and increasing the efficiency of the application of modern technology. He also enhanced TAREO's public awareness tools and the visual impression of TAREO and MIT.

  Brayan Hensel volunteerd at TAREO for two months. He was very interested in the children school at Majengo's Kids & Youth Technology school.
  
  He supported MIT and TAREO especially in the children school by designing and establishing an outdoor and recreation center for rural children. He is still interested to support us in the upcoming future.
